Customer Servicing Solutions (CSS) is an Arizona limited liability company and a management consulting firm founded in 2002. The company has completed over 50 projects and client engagements ranging from contact center optimization, organizational design and outsourcing to CEO leadership.  Today, the company consists of two principal partners and 8 professional consultants with combined experience of 160 years. The two owners are former C-Level and executive level leaders with primary functional expertise in Contact Center Operations, Technologies, Process Improvement, Finance and executive leadership. The methods and models employed are proprietary and were developed and refined by the two principals. Both owners play a hands-on role in leading engagements and in delivering the optimal solution for each client. CSS also partners with a network of industry experts, technologists and contact centers.
